A “PLASTIC ALLOY” FOR ADDED CORROSION RESISTANCE AND REDUCED FRICTION

Xylan coatings provide a dry film surface lubrication and reinforcing resin bonded with PTFE for corrosion protection, enhanced abrasion resistance, reduce friction, and non-stick applications.

First and foremost, Xylan coatings are dry-film lubricants combined in a matrix with high-temperature organic polymers resulting in “plastic alloys” formulated to provide unique and desirable properties with a wide color range.

Xylan coatings resist chemicals and corrosion, provide a low coefficient of friction, and deliver constant and reproducible torque.
